These protein packed cookie dough balls are the best and most requested after-school treats in our house. They keep us all going until dinner time.

Ingredients (Serves 6-8)

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • ¼ cup of natural peanut butter
  • ½ cup raw cacao nibs

Directions

  1. Blend chickpeas, honey and peanut butter
  2. Mix in the cacao nibs and roll into bite sized balls
  3. Place in the fridge to chill for 45 minutes

Super easy and if you were really desperate you could tuck in without the chilling part. These are also really great to freeze and then bring out for snacks through the day.
