This is a great post- workout smoothie with healthy fat, protein and carbs to replenish your energy stores and help repair your muscles. Berries add natural sweetness to this smoothie with tonnes of antioxidants to optimise your immune system.
Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 1x cup Blueberries (I use frozen)
- ½ a small – Avocado
- 1x cup – Almond Milk
- 1x scoop – Pea protein powder
- 3x – Majool Dates
Topping
- Blueberries
- Broken dark chocolate – 1 square
- Coconut Flakes
Directions
- Put all the ingredients apart from the toppings in the nutri-bullet or similar blender and mix until blended together
- Pour into glass add the toppings and enjoy.
