- Weekly Lessons: You’ll get 5 x bite-size lessons each week for 4 months, with articles and videos, to change the way you eat and how you feel about food.
- Community: You will build a strong connection with a small group of other women who will serve as your support network along with Fran.
- Workshops: You will work with Fran to take action in live sessions
- Habit Tracker: You’ll get your Habit Tracker, to keep you focused and on track.
