Hi, I’m Fran.
I’m a full time working mum of 8-year-old twins, Bailey and Blake.
I was a chronic yo-yo dieter for over 20 years. Weight Watchers; Atkins; Slim Fast – I tried them all & each failed diet deepened my unhealthy relationship with food, poor body image and low self-worth.
After having the twins in 2013, I hit rock bottom. My weight gain hit my whole identity, even leaving me feeling unable to return to work.
The early days of recovery from a C-section and very little sleep, I can only look back on as a blur. Living in Dubai, I was far away from friends and family who could help, and of course, my husband was working all day to support our little creations.
The loss of confidence due to that weight and the lack of time or clarity to address it left me at rock bottom. Desperation would have been a good word to describe my situation. I had gained 13kg’s, and it took me a long time to be able to see clearly.
Body Image & Identity Crisis
At this point, it will perhaps surprise you to know that by profession I was a Personal Trainer and that’s part of the reason I was struggling so much with my situation. I felt people would judge me even more harshly and I struggled to gain the confidence to go back to work.
So, I went in search of answers. I studied Psychology at university, and I knew I needed to go much deeper, so I became a Nutrition Coach & an Eating Psychology Coach.
Now – as a Food, Body & Life Coach I’ve helped hundreds of professional women who’ve struggled with dieting for decades to address the real root cause behind their eating challenges.
Going far beyond the dinner plate, I help women to see the message that emotional eating, over eating and binge eating has, to shift deep subconscious patterns & recapture their confidence to find their most natural, nourishing relationship with food & to rediscover their own identity.
Confidence & Clarity
In working on my own relationship with food & body, I’m a completely different woman than I was 8 years ago.
I did lose the weight but more than that I know myself better than I ever did, I’ve challenged deep ingrained unconscious programming and I have more confidence than I could have believed possible.
Without focusing on changing on a subconscious level I would never have gained the confidence to start my own business, to talk on stages and speak on national radio.
Working on what was really going on, inside allowed me to literally transform my life and I truly believe I now have the best job in the world, getting to help professional women find the freedom in finding themselves.
