The health and nutrition programme that Fran offers is a complete nutrition and lifestyle package, and its primary focus is to help change habits forever. Fran and ProCoach have been the sole reason I have finally started to lose weight and given me the motivation and determination to keep going. Nutrition coaching has changed how I look at healthy eating and exercise one step, one habit at a time. Fran is one of the most knowledgeable and dedi-cated people I have ever met. She knows how to motivate and encourage me all the time.

It has changed my life. When I found that I wanted to fall off the wagon and head to fast food, the tools given to me in my daily lessons me pops into my brain, and the temptation is averted! Wow! First time ever.
The exercise programs give you options for your busy day so that you can achieve. Fran is understanding, really listens to me and always gives ideas that work for me. This is not a cookie cutter program. Fran is with you all the way making sure the program works for you. This is a program that is about life changes, it may take longer, but I find I really am becoming healthier. I am using the exercise program, applying the tips…. and the yo-yo will be no more. Fran will help you too if you’re open to the change!
I also loved how Fran asked me to look at “how” I was eating which took me away from al-ways obsessing over what I was eating. In doing this, it helped me to create a new level of awareness around food and I can see the change in the little things that were always holding me back, for example, I don’t feel the need to binge-eat on weekends and I can happily leave 20% of my food on my plate and feel satisfied.
Fran has been a true source of encouragement and inspiration in my journey. She cares so much and her thoughtful check-ins really make me feel like I have someone in my corner who is always supporting me. She shares my excitement when I achieve my goals and helps me to work out the problem areas when I’m struggling. What stands out for me with Fran is that she is not just there to help you shed the kilos, she goes above and beyond to seek out why weight loss is important to you and truly understands the emotional journey that comes along with this process. I am so grateful that I get to share this all with her as my coach.
