I have been working with my coach Fran for just over six months now. The system that she uses is so unique, and like nothing else, I had ever come across. I had tried a lot of diets over the years and was sick of the diet roller coaster. The problem was that I didn’t know what else to do to begin to change this. That was when Fran introduced me to her unique coach-ing style. Fran told me about the system of habitual change that she uses to helps tailor her coaching to your needs and that it was like no other programme and would change my life and she was right.

The health and nutrition programme that Fran offers is a complete nutrition and lifestyle package, and its primary focus is to help change habits forever. Fran and ProCoach have been the sole reason I have finally started to lose weight and given me the motivation and determination to keep going. She knows how to motivate and encourage me all the time.

Through small daily habits, her coaching has fit easily into my daily life and has had a huge impact changing these small habits, slowly and precisely. I started training with Fran back in September 2016. I had a goal to loose about 8kgs, which was the remaining baby weight I had gained while I was pregnant. I knew Fran through friends so it was an easy decision to approach her to train me. Little did I know that she would also educate me and inspire me to be healthier, cook cleaner and generally take better care of my body. What I love about Fran’s approach to healthy living is it’s realistic. It’s ok to have a glass of wine… you’re a mum, you need it. Over the past year I’ve lost all my baby weight, plus a few kgs extra and I changed my lifestyle. I also made a great friend that I get to hang out with 2-3 times a week while working my butt off. It’s the small changes that make a lasting impression and it only happens over time. Thanks to Fran I have a healthier lifestyle, more muscle and I’m so much happier with my body.

It has changed my life. When I found that I wanted to fall off the wagon and head to fast food, the tools given to me in my daily lessons me pops into my brain, and the temptation is averted! Wow! First time ever.

The exercise programs give you options for your busy day so that you can achieve.  Fran is understanding, really listens to me and always gives ideas that work for me. This is not a cookie cutter program. Fran is with you all the way making sure the program works for you. This is a program that is about life changes, it may take longer, but I find I really am becoming healthier. I am using the exercise program, applying the tips…. and the yo-yo will be no more. Fran’s health and nutrition coaching were really helpful for me because it was a complete shake-up to my usual approach to weight-loss. I have always gone to extremes and felt the need to deprive myself to lose weight and it never got me the long-lasting results that I wanted. When I first started coaching, I honestly didn’t feel like I was doing enough because it was so simple and I was looking for the catch but by changing habits slowly but consistent-ly, the weight started to come off and stay off.

I also loved how Fran asked me to look at “how” I was eating which took me away from al-ways obsessing over what I was eating. In doing this, it helped me to create a new level of awareness around food and I can see the change in the little things that were always holding me back, for example, I don’t feel the need to binge-eat on weekends and I can happily leave 20% of my food on my plate and feel satisfied.

Fran has been a true source of encouragement and inspiration in my journey. She cares so much and her thoughtful check-ins really make me feel like I have someone in my corner who is always supporting me. She shares my excitement when I achieve my goals and helps me to work out the problem areas when I’m struggling. What stands out for me with Fran is that she is not just there to help you shed the kilos, she goes above and beyond to seek out why weight loss is important to you and truly understands the emotional journey that comes along with this process. I am so grateful that I get to share this all with her as my coach.

I started my Nutrition coaching with Fran 6 months ago, and so far I have never felt better. She has been super encouraging not just with coaching but she’s really helped me get my goals into view and everything into perspective. I have learned a lot about what my body does and doesn’t need and she’s always on hand if I have a quick question.
