If you can’t handle having delicious cake in the house without eating the whole thing in one sitting then don’t make this healthy version of the chocolate loaf. Enjoyed by everyone in my house but made rarely due to the tendency to over eat.

Ingredients:
- 3 mashed spotty bananas
- 1 cup of spelt flour
- ½ cup cocoa
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup of melted coconut oil
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 1 chia egg
- ½ cup cocoa nibs
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar or maple syrup
Directions:
- Preheat over to 180 degrees C and grease the bread tin
- Mix spotty bananas, coconut oil, coconut oil, coconut milk
- In a separate bowl mix rest spelt flour, cocoa, baking powder, chia egg and coconut sugar
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients
- Add cocoa nibs
- Spoon into a bread tin
- Bake for 1 hour
