- Online Community: Connect with ladies who are going through this process with you, in your own private community.
- Habit Tracker: You’ll get your Habit Tracker, to keep you focused and on track.
- Monthly Recipe Pack: It’s not a meal plan but you are provided with 15 easy to prepare recipes for each month of the course. In total 90 delicious and easy to prepare meals and snacks.
