Because I want to be able to run around and play with the kids
And why do you think being active with your kids is so important to you?
Well, I want to be able to set a good example for them and make sure they see that it’s important to be active and eat healthy food plus they are only young once, and I want to enjoy this time.
Why is this important to you now?
Now I’ve got kids it’s so much more important to me to be healthier so I can be around for them as they grow older.
Why have you decided now is the time to make a change?
I’m actually anxious about my blood pressure after recent doctors visit, and it really scares me to think that something could happen to me.
