This is my story

Hi, I’m Fran.

I’m a full time working mum of 12-year-old twins, Bailey and Blake.

I was a chronic yo-yo dieter for over 20 years. Weight Watchers; Atkins; Slim Fast – I tried them all & each failed diet deepened my unhealthy relationship with food, poor body image and low self-worth.

After having the twins in 2013, I hit rock bottom. My weight gain hit my whole identity, even leaving me feeling unable to return to work.

The early days of recovery from a C-section and very little sleep, I can only look back on as a blur. Living in Dubai, I was far away from friends and family who could help, and of course, my husband was working all day to support our little creations.

The loss of confidence due to that weight and the lack of time or clarity to address it left me at rock bottom. Desperation would have been a good word to describe my situation. I had gained 13kg’s, and it took me a long time to be able to see clearly.

Body Image & Identity Crisis

At this point, it will perhaps surprise you to know that by profession I was a Personal Trainer and that’s part of the reason I was struggling so much with my situation. I felt people would judge me even more harshly and I struggled to gain the confidence to go back to work.

So, I went in search of answers. I studied Psychology at university, and I knew I needed to go much deeper, so I became a Nutrition Coach & an Eating Psychology Coach.

And now as a Nutrition Coach & an Eating Psychology Coach. and a GLP-1 Mindset Mentor, I help professional women who’ve dieted for decades finally understand the real root cause behind their eating challenges.

Going Far Beyond the Dinner Plate

I’ve worked with hundreds of women to help them see the messages behind emotional eating, overeating and binge eating, to shift deep subconscious patterns, release old identities, and finally reconnect with confidence, trust and compassion.

I now also support women using GLP-1 medication (or transitioning off it) through my powerful program Rewire & Rise: The GLP-1 Empowerment Program, helping them make the most of this golden window of opportunity so they don’t end up in yet another diet cycle.

Because GLP-1 isn’t the solution – you are.
Your mindset, your nervous system, your habits, your identity.
That’s where long-term change actually happens.

Confidence & Clarity

In working on my own relationship with food and my body, I’m a completely different woman than I was 12 years ago.

Yes, I lost the weight, but more importantly, I found myself.
I challenged deeply ingrained, unconscious programming.
I rebuilt my identity.
And today I have more confidence than I ever imagined possible.

If I hadn’t worked at a subconscious level, I never would have found the courage to start my business, speak on stages, or appear on national radio.

Transforming what was happening inside me literally transformed my entire life.

I truly believe I now have the best job in the world, helping women find freedom by finding themselves again.

Fran’s health and nutrition coaching were really helpful for me because it was a complete shake-up to my usual approach to weight-loss. I have always gone to extremes and felt the need to deprive myself to lose weight and it never got me the long-lasting results that I wanted. When I first started coaching, I honestly didn’t feel like I was doing enough because it was so simple and I was looking for the catch but by changing habits slowly but consistent-ly, the weight started to come off and stay off.
